I&#039;m interested in you point of view on this.
For years now I have been having thoughtversations. Unlike what you mentioned above they happen with the audience of one, me. They are endless sometimes, usually if I&#039;m experiencing some kind of issue at the time, or just had a conversation with someone else. I&#039;m just wondering, is it normal or is it mental health related. Within the thoughtversation I try to think it out from all angles including the other person who I&#039;m thinking about.
I see as healthy, but maybe not because sometimes I can&#039;t end the thinking to the point of not been able to rest and sleep.
If have some thoughts about this I would welcome them.
